Course participants will be selected using the following set of criteria:

1. 1- Relevant professional background.
2. 2- Language skills (high proficiency in English is desirable, although simultaneous interpretation to Balkan languages will be provided),
3. 3- Motivation to learn about sustainable development.
4. 4- Motivation to work on sustainability issues in their home business environments.
5. 5- Ensure that their company/institution/agency supports their application and will allows them to take the required time away from their work.
6. 6- Timely submission of application form and supporting documents.
7. 
   

Ideally, selected participants will remain in their positions for a certain period of time in the future to be able to put in practice theoretical and other knowledge acquired thorough this project. Selected participants will be expected to show commitment to disseminate the information among their peers and in their home institutions.
